SESSION TIMES

Sutton Heath, Rock Barracks: Monday evenings, with occasional short breaks at Christmas, Easter, and in the summer:

• 10 years +, on the mat from 7.30pm until 9.00pm

Saxmundham Primary School: Tuesday evenings, with occasional short breaks at Christmas, Easter, and in the summer

• 5-8 years, on the mat from 6.30pm until 7.30pm.
• 8 years +, on the mat from 7.30pm until 8.30pm.

Tunstall Community Hall: Thursday evenings, with occasional short breaks at Christmas, Easter, and in the summer:

• Under 8s Our Kano Club, for ages 5 to 8, is on the mat from 6.30pm until 7.30pm.
• Juniors The Junior session for our 8-16 year-olds on the mat from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
• Seniors  The Seniors, with some of the older Juniors, on the mat from 8.30pm to around 9.45pm.
